Senior Project Manager | IT & Business Dual Competency

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with dual expertise in Information Technology and Business Operations to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader capable of bridging technical delivery with business objectives, ensuring projects align with organizational goals while managing stakeholder expectations across IT and operational domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for high-impact IT and business transformation programs
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Manage project budgets, risk registers, and issue resolution processes
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems and processes
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in senior roles
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects (ERP, CRM, cloud migration, digital transformation)
• Strong business acumen with experience in process improvement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; Agile/Scrum certifications (PSM, SAFe) highly valued
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic proficiency is an asset
