Electromechanic Job Opportunity at Lesieur Cristal - Casablanca

Lesieur Cristal, a pioneering agro-industrial leader in Morocco with nearly 80 years of expertise in modernizing the olive oil and oilseed sectors, is seeking a skilled Electromechanic to join our maintenance team in Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in production machinery, conveyor systems, and packaging lines.
• Execute repairs on motors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder logic.
• Conduct regular inspections and predictive maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Electromechanic in an industrial manufacturing environment (agro-food, chemical, or heavy industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley), and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic circuit maintenance.
• Ability to weld (MIG/TIG) and perform basic machining operations.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, DIMO Maint).
• Commitment to workplace safety, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills in French; Arabic and English are assets.
