Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar senior recruitment role, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading recruitment efforts across multiple African markets.
• Strong understanding of various sourcing channels and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
