Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and setup of dining areas.
• Serving food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Clearing tables and resetting them for subsequent service.
• Responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhering to hotel standards for service and presentation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis de Rang or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of French and/or English is an asset.
