This role is integral to providing an exceptional guest experience within the luxury hotel and spa sector. As a key member of the front-of-house staff, the Portier will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless arrival and departure.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage handling.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Manage the entrance and ensure a smooth flow of traffic.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Portier or in a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Marrakech and its attractions is a plus.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
