We are seeking a passionate and qualified Primary Mathematics Teacher to join our dynamic teaching team for the upcoming academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the French national curriculum (Éducation nationale) for primary grade levels (CP to CM2).
• Develop detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students with varying mathematical proficiency, including remediation and enrichment activities.
• Conduct regular formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for mathematics.
• Collaborate with colleagues, pedagogical coordinators, and parents to ensure cohesive student development and effective communication regarding academic performance.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities as required.
• Integrate educational technology and digital resources (e.g., interactive whiteboards, educational software) to enhance mathematical learning experiences.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education (Sciences de l'Éducation), or a related field. A Master's degree in Teaching (MEEF) or equivalent is highly valued.
• Certification: Valid teaching certification (CAPES, CRPE, or equivalent French teaching qualification) recognized by the French Ministry of Education or Moroccan Ministry of National Education.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary level within a French or bilingual school system. Experience with the French curriculum (programmes de l'école élémentaire) is mandatory.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2 level). Proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset for communication with parents and local administration.

• Deep understanding of primary mathematics pedagogy: number sense, geometry, measurement, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning.
• Expertise in classroom management, positive discipline, and socio-emotional learning support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records (grade books, progress reports, individualized education plans).
