• Manage employee relations with discretion and professionalism, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Four Seasons global standards.

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality or luxury service.
• Deep knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic required for a multicultural workforce.
• Proven ability to build trust and drive engagement across all levels.
