Mechanical Technician | 3-Shift Industrial Maintenance

Drive reliability across critical mechanical systems in Duqm's premier industrial zone. This role demands hands-on expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance for rotating and static equipment, ensuring maximum uptime for 24/7 operations.

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance on pumps, compressors, valves, and piping systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures to minimize production downtime
• Perform alignment, balancing, and vibration analysis on rotating equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and maintenance manuals
• Comply with HSE standards and permit-to-work systems in a high-risk environment

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance
• 3+ years experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial maintenance
• Proficient in hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems
• Strong knowledge of CMMS (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management
• Valid safety certifications (H2S, Confined Space, Working at Heights) preferred
