Lead Engineer Operations Support

Job Purpose

Lead the operational support engineering team within the Musandam Cluster to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient asset performance. Drive continuous improvement in maintenance strategies and technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations support for oil and gas assets, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement OPEX and CAPEX projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce HSE standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations support within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, and instrumentation.
• Proven leadership skills and proficiency in CMMS software.
