Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and seeks a passionate License Owner to establish and operate its football (soccer) business in Oman. This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity for individuals who combine a love for the sport with business acumen. As the License Owner, you will be the face of Stranger Soccer in the region, driving growth and community engagement through organized football experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the Stranger Soccer business in Oman, including setting up operations and building a local team.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the brand and attract players, partners, and sponsors.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and customer experience.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of coaches and support staff to deliver high-quality football sessions.
• Build relationships with local football clubs, schools, and community organizations to expand reach.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with Stranger Soccer’s brand standards and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial experience or a strong desire to own and run a business.
• Passion for football (soccer) and understanding of the local sports landscape in Oman.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Existing network in the Omani sports or business community preferred.
