About the Role

As a Software Programmer — also referred to as a Developer, Application Engineer, or Software Engineer — you will play a central role in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems that support our operations and client services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Muscat to deliver scalable, high-performance applications aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues across development and production environments.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Software Programmer, Developer, or Application Engineer in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or PHP.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and RESTful API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
