Garage Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Garage Supervisor for a leading organization in Oman. The ideal candidate must be willing to relocate to Oman and bring strong leadership and technical expertise to oversee daily garage operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily garage and workshop activities
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and mechanics
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work meets quality and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels and manage spare parts procurement
• Prepare work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a garage or automotive workshop
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Oman
