CDZ Operator - Cross-Border Express Shipping Operations

Role Overview: Operate within a global express shipping network spanning 220+ countries, handling cross-border distribution zone (CDZ) processes for international shipments.

• Manage CDZ operational workflows for inbound/outbound express shipments
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs documentation
• Coordinate with global network teams for seamless cross-border transit
• Monitor shipment tracking, exception handling, and service level adherence
