What You'll Own

• Immaculate Pool Areas: You'll ensure the pool and surrounding areas are spotless, safe, and inviting at all times.
• Guest Delight: You'll anticipate needs before they're spoken—offering fresh towels, adjusting umbrellas, or simply sharing a warm greeting.
• Equipment Care: You'll maintain pool equipment, report any issues, and keep supplies stocked and organized.
• Safety First: You'll monitor pool activity, enforce rules with grace, and respond quickly to any concerns.
• Team Collaboration: You'll work seamlessly with the recreation team to ensure every guest feels like the only person in the resort.

What You Bring
