About the Role

As a Financial Manager (also known as Head of Finance, Finance Director, or Senior Financial Controller) in Doha, you will lead the financial planning and reporting functions of the organization. This position demands deep expertise in financial analysis, budget management, risk assessment, cash flow optimization, and regulatory compliance within the Qatari business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements in Qatar.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial regulatory bodies.
• Oversee cost optimization initiatives and profitability analysis across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in financial management.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management software.
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
