Civil Foreman

Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Civil Foreman for ongoing civil construction projects in Doha, Qatar. This role is critical to ensuring that all site activities are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project plans.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Coordinate daily tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and building codes.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics.
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with project managers and engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams of workers and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Effective verbal communication in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, layouts, and quality control procedures.
• Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
