Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt service to all customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and organized.
• Handle cash transactions, process sales, and manage point‑of‑sale systems accurately.
• Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and store performance goals.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic numeracy and proficiency with retail POS systems.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for retail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising.
