This critical role focuses on the on-site inspection of Mechanical and Electrical systems for a major Fire & Life Safety Project in the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of Mechanical and Electrical systems related to fire protection.
• Review contractor documentation for compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, inspections, and testing of passive and active fire protection systems.
• Ensure adherence to client expectations and regulatory compliance within the project scope.
• Coordinate effectively with project stakeholders to maintain project timelines and safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Fire Protection Engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in inspecting Mechanical/Electrical systems for fire safety compliance.
• Experience with passive and active fire protection systems (installation, commissioning, testing).
• Familiarity with reviewing contractor documentation and ensuring adherence to project scope.
• Strong understanding of fire and life safety regulations and standards.
