Job Summary

The Coordinator, Research Training is responsible for coordinating all research training activities for students and interns at WMC-Q (Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar). This role ensures the smooth operation of training programs by maintaining accurate documentation, managing data, and generating detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate research training schedules, workshops, and seminars for WMC-Q students and interns.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of training activities, participant attendance, and program evaluations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on training outcomes and program effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to the research training department, including correspondence and meeting coordination.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
  • Liaise with faculty, researchers, and external partners to ensure alignment with academic and research goals.
  • Manage data entry and database updates for training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, administration, or life sciences).
  • Previous experience in coordinating training programs, preferably in an academic or research setting.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
