About the Role

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly experienced Senior Integrated Lean Six Sigma Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. This pivotal role, based in our Biscuits Plant in Cairo, Egypt, focuses on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. As a seasoned professional with a decade of experience, you will be instrumental in optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall plant efficiency within the fast-paced biscuit manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Lean Six Sigma projects across the Biscuits Plant to achieve significant improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
• Develop and deploy integrated continuous improvement strategies, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to foster a culture of problem-solving and innovation.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions.
• Train and mentor plant personnel on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and ensure sustainable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate best practices and drive standardization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or a related continuous improvement role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex improvement projects.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
