Project Manager | Completions & Wellbore Intervention
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the Completions & Wellbore Intervention organization. This role is accountable for the successful delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, safety standards, and operational excellence in the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of completions and wellbore intervention projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and HSE, to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to wellbore intervention, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety performance.
- Provide regular status reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on completions and wellbore intervention.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of completions design, well intervention techniques, and associated technologies.
- Professional certification such as PMP or equivalent is highly desirable.
