About the Role

HVAC/CRAC/ICWS Lead in Qatar is a facilities-focused leadership role for professionals with detailed working knowledge of facility equipment and operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support day-to-day facility equipment operations related to HVAC, CRAC, and ICWS systems.
• Apply detailed working knowledge of facility systems operations to maintain reliable cooling and air conditioning performance.
• Monitor, support, and coordinate activities involving chillers and related mechanical infrastructure.
• Help maintain safe, efficient, and stable facility operations in a fast-paced work environment.
• Support troubleshooting and operational response for HVAC and cooling equipment issues.
• Coordinate with facility teams to maintain equipment readiness and operational standards.

Requirements
