Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on lawns, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to landscape designs.
• Watering and irrigation system management, ensuring efficient water usage.
• Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health.
• Identify and treat plant diseases and pest infestations.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist with the installation of new landscape features and hardscaping elements.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring safety standards are met.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Landscaping Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and pest control.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
• Good understanding of irrigation systems.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
