Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international health and safety regulations.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels.
• Manage and maintain safety equipment and emergency response plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture through engagement and communication initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular health and safety performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in health and safety management.
• Proven expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety program development.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatari and international HSE regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, or similar are highly desirable.
• Experience in a similar industry or large-scale operations is a plus.
