Job Summary
As a CCTV and Access Control Security Agent, you will conduct security-related duties within the Airport Security Operations Center (ASOC) and within the terminal.

Role Overview

This airport security role focuses on CCTV monitoring, access control support, terminal security operations, and surveillance-based risk awareness in a controlled airport environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and security feeds to identify suspicious activity, safety risks, and operational incidents.
• Support access control procedures for authorized entry, restricted areas, and terminal security points.
• Conduct security-related duties within the Airport Security Operations Center (ASOC) and terminal areas.
• Observe, assess, and report security concerns, unusual behavior, breaches, or incidents according to airport security protocols.
• Maintain awareness of terminal activity and support coordination with internal airport security teams.
• Assist with response to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations in line with established procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience or training in security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, or airport security.
• Ability to monitor surveillance systems, identify risks, and respond calmly to security-related situations.
• Understanding of access control procedures, restricted-area protection, and incident reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, alertness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Good communication skills for reporting observations and coordinating with security teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with airport terminal operations, ASOC workflows, and airport security procedures.
• Experience with surveillance systems, security alarms, and incident documentation.
• Ability to follow strict procedures accurately in a high-security environment.
