Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct banquet staff during event setup, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure all service standards and company policies are met by the banquet team.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Manage guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory and proper usage of event supplies and equipment.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team to outline service details and expectations.
• Maintain a high level of visibility and guest interaction throughout events.
• Assist in training and development of new banquet staff members.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Banquet Captain or similar leadership role in hospitality.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
