Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and effective piano and keyboard instruction to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Prepare students for recitals, examinations, and other performance opportunities.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the academy’s curriculum and student experience.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Stay updated on best practices in music education and instrumental pedagogy.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Piano or Keyboard Instructor, preferably within a formal educational setting.
• Strong command of music theory, harmony, and repertoire.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance, Music Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to connect with students and foster a love for music.
• Experience with various teaching methodologies and learning platforms is a plus.
