Amazon is seeking a dynamic Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to join our MEA-TR Delivery Service Partners team in the Riyadh Region. This is a full-time role where you’ll play a crucial part in driving innovation and contributing to Amazon’s sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor and operating partner to Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) as they scale their middle-mile logistics businesses.
• Manage the full DSP lifecycle, addressing challenges, influencing business strategy, identifying obstacles, and proposing effective solutions.
• Partner with approximately 25-30 DSP owners across Saudi Arabia, supporting entrepreneurs with diverse logistics backgrounds.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Program Managers, Compliance, Finance) to ensure seamless launch and scaling processes.
• Remove operational bottlenecks and enhance financial, operational, and safety practices at the network level.
• Monitor policy adherence and establish feedback channels with DSPs and product/strategy teams.
• Travel between multiple sites to engage with business owners as needed.

What You’ll Do Daily:

• Safety: Ensure DSPs meet all safety compliance standards.
• Performance: Guide owners in scaling operations, managing peak periods, onboarding new launches, and improving customer metrics.
• Experience: Build strong relationships with Amazon and DSP partners, acting as the voice of the DSP within Amazon Logistics.
• Capacity Management: Collaborate with DSPs on ramp plans and pipeline goals to meet volume demands.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in analyzing data to assess performance.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of advanced experience in logistics and supply chain management.
