Admin Assistant – Riyadh | Catrion Group

Catrion Group is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join our team in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting our staff.

• Manage and implement CATRION systems to ensure adherence to processes.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels and rosters aligned with the labor budget.
• Complete all necessary paperwork efficiently and on time.
• Prepare and compile information for company and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain effective recordkeeping systems and procedures.
• Process recruitment requests for replacement staff.
• Liaise with executive administrative staff to address requests and queries from senior management.
• Inform team leaders in advance about staff movements and ensure master files are updated.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures as directed.
• Prepare employee clearance paperwork and collect timesheets.
• Coordinate training schedules with various trainers and ensure employee awareness.
• Prepare training materials and visual aids.
• Source alternative replacements for staff on vacation or exiting.
• Manage staff effectively as directed by superiors.
• Keep staff boards and personnel records current.
• Manage RO petty cash and ensure safekeeping according to company policy.
• Ensure all staff members are issued with a Job Description (JD) and it’s signed and filed.
