Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless alignment between overarching business objectives, precise technical execution, and clear stakeholder expectations. You will be instrumental in driving structured delivery across multiple dynamic teams, guaranteeing that projects are delivered punctually, within defined scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Delivery Ownership

• Lead comprehensive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise IT projects, coordinating across multiple technical teams.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional dependencies, ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, infrastructure, QA, and various business units.
• Proactively identify potential delivery risks at early stages and implement robust mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and continuity.
• Serve as the primary point of communication for project status, updates, and issue resolution with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration, fostering a productive and results-oriented environment.
• Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile and hybrid methodologies, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements: Proven Expertise in Project Management

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on enterprise-level solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex technology delivery initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Agile and hybrid project management methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups.
• Proven track record of managing project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong understanding of modern digital infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and enterprise systems.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
