About the Role: Senior Manager of Logistics and Warehousing

Riyadh Air, Saudi Arabia’s ambitious new national airline based in the capital, is revolutionizing air travel and establishing the Kingdom as a global aviation hub. As a digitally native airline aiming to connect over 100 destinations, we are seeking a seasoned aviation logistics leader to build and manage resilient, compliant, and high-performing warehouse and logistics operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of logistics and warehousing to support critical maintenance and operational needs. You will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, control, and distribution of all materials, including rotables, expendables, consumables, and tools, maintaining strict regulatory compliance and full material traceability throughout.

Responsibilities: Logistics and Supply Chain Operations

• Execute end-to-end logistics planning to guarantee material readiness for scheduled maintenance, daily operations, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events across central and outstation supply points.
• Manage all bonded warehouse operations, including customs clearance, inbound/outbound logistics, international shipping, and last-mile delivery.
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with freight forwarders, 3PLs, customs brokers, and transportation providers, driving performance through established KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement robust logistics strategies, contingency plans, and sustainability initiatives.
• Optimize inventory value, logistics costs, and operational KPIs to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
• Oversee the efficient receiving, storage, control, and distribution of all aviation materials.

Requirements: Aviation Logistics Expertise

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aviation logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven expertise in managing complex logistics networks and bonded warehouses.
• Demonstrated success in material control functions within a highly regulated environment.
• Degree qualification is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and material traceability in aviation.
• Experience in leading and developing logistics teams.
