Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and meticulously manage all requisite approvals and licenses from government and regulatory bodies, such as CITC/CST, for novel products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for responding to notices of violation or inquiries from governmental entities, orchestrating cross-departmental efforts for investigation, resolution, and penalty mitigation.
• Act as the company’s foremost representative in engagements with regulatory and government authorities, cultivating and maintaining professional institutional relationships.
• Conduct thorough reviews of commercial contracts, agreements, and partnerships, assessing them from a regulatory and compliance standpoint to prevent breaches of sector-specific legislation.
• Oversee and update internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they accurately reflect and comply with current regulatory obligations.
• Develop and deploy initiatives aimed at fostering a pervasive culture of integrity and compliance throughout the organization via targeted training and awareness programs.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive periodic compliance reports to Board Committees, detailing the existing compliance status, pertinent regulatory updates, and identifying potential risk areas.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Manager or similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Arabian telecommunications laws and regulations (CITC/CST).
• Demonstrated experience in managing regulatory approvals and liaising with government bodies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to draft and review legal and commercial documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
