Client of Profco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join their Adult Hematology Unit in Riyadh. This is a critical role within a 23-bed acute care unit specializing in the treatment of complex hematological disorders and cancers in patients aged 14 and above. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult patients with a wide range of hematological disorders and cancers.
• Administer treatments including radiotherapy as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and self-care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage care for patients undergoing or recovering from bone marrow transplantation.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• A minimum of two years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Current or recent experience must align with the Adult Hematology specialty.
• Valid nursing license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
