Advanced Petrochemical Co in Jubail is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Logistics Operations Specialist to drive efficiency in our daily outbound logistics. This pivotal role ensures seamless coordination between our warehouses, production teams, freight forwarders, 3PL providers, ocean carriers, and internal departments, guaranteeing efficient shipment handling, precise documentation, robust inventory control, and unwavering compliance with all operational and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead and execute daily outbound logistics activities to guarantee a fluid and uninterrupted shipment flow.
• Orchestrate seamless collaboration with Sales, Warehouses, 3PLs, freight forwarders, and internal teams to consistently meet demanding delivery schedules.
• Proactively track all shipments, ensuring punctual dispatch and on-time delivery to our valued customers.
• Meticulously prepare, review, and manage all essential logistics documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, certificates, and other critical shipping paperwork.
• Maintain vigilant oversight and control of inventory movements across both internal and external warehousing facilities.
• Champion adherence to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and relevant regulatory mandates.
• Skillfully assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any logistics-related issues, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
• Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing overall logistics and supply chain performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• A solid, comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal coordination skills.
• Proven ability to thrive and maintain high performance in a fast-paced, operational environment.
