Key Responsibilities: Front Office Administrator

  • Greet and assist visitors courteously, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Provide comprehensive general administrative support to A. J Corporation staff.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls efficiently, making prompt and appropriate decisions.
  • Maintain awareness of upcoming events and communicate vital activities and meetings to relevant staff members.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and visitors by delivering clear and concise information about the organization.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and collating documents to support daily team activities.
  • Monitor staff attendance records accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements: Office Assistant

  • Intermediate or Graduate Degree.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational and structural skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Good understanding of formal communication protocols and eloquent presentation skills.
  • Pleasant appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with workplace etiquette.
  • A clear and pleasant voice for handling calls.
