Experienced Food Service Professional (Waiter/Waitress) – Dammam

About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food Service Professional, also known as a Waiter or Waitress, to join our esteemed team in Dammam. This is a full-time, non-management position focused on creating memorable and unique dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be instrumental in ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment they are seated until the final bill is presented, going beyond mere service to craft an exceptional culinary journey.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience.
• Set tables meticulously and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Effectively communicate with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages.
• Manage the menu, accurately reading and visually verifying information for guests.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding menu details.
