About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Saudi National as an HR Manager for our thriving bakery and pastry manufacturing facility located in the holy city of Makkah. This pivotal role involves overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategies to support the company's growth in the food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and Saudi labor law.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient talent acquisition.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and safety standards within the factory.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and performance management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven experience within the manufacturing or food production industry is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor law and employment regulations.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant HR software.
