About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our esteemed legal team in the vibrant city of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. This critical role involves providing comprehensive legal support and strategic advice across various business functions within the legal and law sector. As a key member of our organization, you will be instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Represent the company in legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions on various matters.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks and copyrights.
• Manage and oversee external legal counsel when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a lawyer, preferably with in-house experience.
• Admitted to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, and litigation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
