IT Help Desk Specialist – Odoo 19, eCommerce & Microsoft 365 Support (Jeddah)

IT Help Desk Specialist needed to provide daily technical support, manage tickets, and maintain Odoo 19 website and eCommerce operations for a Jeddah-based trading company. Role covers hardware, network, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and IT asset management.

• Diploma/Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science (mandatory)
• 3–5 years IT support experience
• Hands-on proficiency in Odoo 19 Website & eCommerce (mandatory)
• Strong Windows, networking, hardware troubleshooting, email administration
• Ability to diagnose website issues and coordinate with developers
• Effective use of AI tools for troubleshooting while protecting data
