Key Responsibilities of a Quality Assurance & Development Lead

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to monitor and evaluate the performance of debt resolution processes and staff.
• Design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering product knowledge, compliance, and best practices.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customer interactions and operational workflows to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and technology, to identify training needs and implement solutions.
• Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and performance metrics dashboards.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to staff to enhance individual and team performance.

Qualifications & Requirements for a Training & Compliance Officer

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Training role, preferably within the debt resolution or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs and workshops.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
