QC WELDING INSPECTOR – ARAMCO APPROVED

We are hiring QC Welding Inspectors for Oil & Gas / Heavy Steel Fabrication projects with a major company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. ARAMCO approval is mandatory; candidates without current or previous ARAMCO approval will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding inspections on heavy steel fabrication and oil & gas projects in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
• Review and verify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
• Conduct visual testing (VT) and coordinate non-destructive testing (NDT) activities.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, AWS, and API standards throughout fabrication and welding processes.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve welding-related quality issues.

Required Qualifications

• ARAMCO Approval – current or previous, mandatory.
• CSWIP 3.0 / 3.1 or AWS CWI certification – mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in welding inspection.
• Strong knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ, VT, and NDT methods.
• Familiarity with ASME, AWS, and API standards.
• Oil & Gas / Heavy Steel Fabrication experience preferred.
• CBT certification is an advantage.
