Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust quality management policies, procedures, and standards across the organization.
• Oversee the end-to-end quality assurance process for all products and services, guaranteeing alignment with organizational benchmarks.
• Conduct systematic quality audits and comprehensive assessments to pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement.
• Analyze critical quality metrics and compile detailed, actionable reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within quality assurance.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and other relevant frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in performing effective audits and assessments.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational competencies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for seamless collaboration.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
