Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all daily outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely and efficient shipment of products.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant national and international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels related to outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and preventing discrepancies.
• Prepare and process all necessary shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs declarations.
• Resolve any logistical issues or disruptions that may arise during the shipping process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of outbound logistics processes and strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in outbound logistics or a similar role within the petrochemical industry.
• Proven expertise in coordinating complex shipping activities and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a strong preference for hands-on experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
