Are You the Next Expert Trainer in Democratic Participation and Local Governance?

Association Skills to Succeed is looking for a dynamic and experienced trainer to lead capacity-building programs on democratic participation, citizenship, and local governance in the Tataouine region of Tunisia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training modules on democratic participation and civic engagement
• Facilitate workshops on local governance and community empowerment
• Adapt training content to the local context of Tataouine
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training sessions
• Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and participant feedback

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a trainer or expert in civic education, governance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of democratic processes and local governance frameworks
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills in Arabic and/or French
• Ability to work independently in a regional setting
• Experience working with civil society organizations or NGOs is a strong asset
