Social Project Management Trainer – Tunis, Tunisia | Tunisian Youth Impact

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver high-quality training in social and associative project management as part of the Innov'Jeunes Ben Arous project. This role focuses on empowering youth and civil society actors with practical skills to design, implement, and evaluate social initiatives. Training sessions will be conducted in Tunis and the Ben Arous region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update training modules on project management tailored to social and associative contexts
• Facilitate interactive workshops and hands-on sessions for diverse groups of participants
• Provide one-on-one coaching and follow-up support to ensure real-world application of project management tools
• Adapt content to local needs and the specific objectives of the Innov'Jeunes program
• Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes and report on training effectiveness

Requirements

• Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in project management, preferably in the social sector
• Solid knowledge of project life cycle, logical framework approach, budgeting, and monitoring
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and group management skills
• Fluency in French and Arabic
• Availability to travel within Tunis and Ben Arous

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with youth associations or NGOs in Tunisia
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Familiarity with the local associative landscape in Ben Arous
