About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Formateur / Animateur to lead the Green Tech Siliana club training sessions. This role is ideal for professionals in the training and consulting sector with a passion for environmental technology and youth development.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training modules on green technology topics for club members.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and hands-on activities to promote innovation and sustainability.
• Mentor participants in developing green tech projects and solutions.
• Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with the association to align training content with program goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in training, consulting, or education.
• Strong knowledge of green technologies, renewable energy, or environmental sustainability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and/or Arabic.
• Ability to adapt content to different learning levels.
• Previous experience in club or workshop facilitation is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Background in engineering, environmental science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with project-based learning methodologies.
• Creative problem-solving and team-building abilities.
• Flexibility to travel within the Siliana region.
