Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of the IDEA program's operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal agreements and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian and international laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
• Assist in dispute resolution and litigation as required.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role.
• Proven expertise in corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and French.
• Experience working in international development or similar programs is a plus.
• Admitted to the Tunisian Bar or equivalent qualification.
