About the Role

Salesforce Support & TMA Consultant role based in Tunis, supporting and maintaining Salesforce solutions for a leading European software company. Septeo is a recognized software player in Europe, present internationally and ranked among the top 5 sector-specific software publishers in France.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide support for Salesforce solutions and ensure smooth day-to-day operation.
• Handle TMA activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and follow-up of incidents.
• Analyze support requests related to Salesforce configuration, usage, and system behavior.
• Contribute to the stability and continuous improvement of Salesforce environments.
• Work with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Knowledge of support, maintenance, and TMA processes.
• Ability to analyze technical or functional issues and propose effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a professional software environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems and business software environments.
• Understanding of software maintenance, incident management, and service support workflows.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
