Chef de Projet Informatique – IT Project Manager

ARPUPULS is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technician with strong IT expertise, excellent content management or animation experience, and fluency in both French and English.

• Confirmed IT technician background with solid technical knowledge
• Proven experience in content management or animation
• Perfect command of French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Based in Tunis
