What You'll Own

• Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks that keep our finance software reliable at scale
• Build and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle
• Identify, document, and track defects with precision — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
• Continuously improve test coverage, speed, and reliability across the CI/CD pipeline
• Advocate for quality best practices across the engineering organization

What You Bring

• Strong experience in QA engineering with a focus on test automation
• Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#)
• A sharp analytical mind — you see edge cases where others see happy paths
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
